I’m SO glad you’re here! This space exists because of my journey. A journey that, at times, was marked by deep pain, confusion, and major challenges. But it was also a path of incredible growth, transformation, and healing. It’s that path that has inspired me to help others navigate their own.

For years, I stumbled through life without a clear guide, constantly pushing through obstacles blindly fighting to grow and heal. I faced burnout(like a LOT of burnout), self-doubt, and the kind of exhaustion that comes from feeling like you’re carrying the weight of the world. I didn’t have a map to follow—no step-by-step process to make the hard parts easier. What I did have was resilience, curiosity, and an unshakable drive to grow and be the best, highest version of myself, not just who they told me I should be.

Through my own spiritual transition, I’ve come to see life as a co-creative journey with the universe—one where the challenges we face are not roadblocks but opportunities to grow. The universe is always conspiring in our favor; it is our job to learn how to tune in, trust the process, and focus on what truly matters.

I’m a constant learner, and some would say a little "woo woo." My Human Design as a Generator has taught me how to recognize what lights me up and what drains me, which has been instrumental in the healing and growth process. I’ve come to believe deeply that what we choose to focus on can transform our lives in ways we can’t even imagine(and science backs me up on that).

This coaching space is my way of offering you the path I didn’t have. My goal is to guide you in your journey so that you don’t have to walk through the same pain and confusion I did. I believe wholeheartedly that everyone is doing the best they can with what they have and as we heal inner parts of our self we are able to make the best of our lives. When we know better we do better.
